WORKSHOPS

Classes are now being offered on a very limited basis, with two metre social distancing applied, and with windows open to allow air to circulate. For that reason, we are not mandating masks for classes, although you are welcome to wear one if you would prefer to.

All work stations are being thoroughly cleaned between sessions.

Where we would normally provide all of the equipment you need, including sewing machines, this is not currently possible. You will be sent out a list of the required equipment prior to your class. If you have any queries about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sew Socials:

Sew Socials are now being offered on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10.30am – 12.30pm. Where possible, these will always be done outside, so if the weather is fine, please do bring a camping chair. We have a limited number of spare chairs available.

If it is too cold or wet for us to sit outside, we will use into the workshop space. However, numbers will be more limited, to allow for social distancing, so places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Whether we are inside or outdoors, please do give some consideration to the projects you bring with you. We would like to minimise people moving around the room, so please don’t bring something which needs to be pressed between each step, unless you also bring an ironing mat and travel iron you could have on your table.

Sessions cost £7.50 for two hours. If you would like to stay a bit longer, you can stay until 2pm for an additional £2.50 (so £10.00 in total).
