GETTING HERE

By car:
Happy Hare is located in a yard, just off Arundel Road. When you turn off Station Road into Arundel Road, you will need to turn left again almost immediately, into the gap before the terrace of houses. The gap is quite narrow, so please take care!

Parking:
We have limited on-site parking available during the day. However, if you are attending a workshop in the evening, there is likely to be more availability, as the businesses we share the yard with are only open during the day.

We would respectfully ask that if you do park in the yard during the day, you only park in the bays designated for Happy Hare. We would also ask that you avoid parking on-street on Arundel Road, to minimise disruption for local residents.

There is also a pay and display car park in the centre of Chapeltown, which can be accessed from Burncross Road. From there, walk towards the station and follow the directions below.

By public transport:
Happy Hare is located very close to Chapeltown train station. Trains currently run every half an hour. For up-to-date information, please go to National Rail or Trainline.

If you are travelling towards Sheffield, you can walk from the platform right onto Asda carpark. Cross the carpark to the exit and turn right down the hill. Immediately after you pass the terrace of houses, turn right into the yard, and you will find us there. If you get to Station Road, you’ve gone too far!

If you are travelling away from Sheffield, the best way to get to us is to cross to the opposite platform and then follow the instructions above.

There are also a number of local buses serving Chapeltown, with most stopping either at the train station or on Station Road. For help with planning your journey, please go to www.travelsouthyorkshire.com

Accessibility:
If you have a disability which means that you would need to park close to the site, please let us know, and we will do our best to ensure that a space is available for you. Some of the internal doors are quite narrow, so you may not be able to access all areas of the shop. However, our staff are happy to offer as much assistance as you need to enable you to see the full range of our stock.

Our workshop space is located on the first floor. Again, if you are planning to book onto a workshop and this is likely to be an issue, please give us a call, and we can discuss how this can best be accommodated.
